1. Celery, grapefruit, and cabbage burn fat

It’s not that. But tea contains a lot of polyphenols – substances that neutralize cholesterol dangerous for the arteries.
Porridge is full
Krupa is really a source of carbohydrates. But those who eat more slow carbohydrates – whole-grain cereals containing large amounts of fiber – lose weight and gain it more slowly. An interesting principle of “swings” is noticed: if you combine carbohydrates and fats, the body mass index increases, but if you do not combine carbohydrates with fat, the index, on the contrary, decreases. Therefore, choose what you prefer – a keto diet with a lot of fat or a diet with a lot of fiber from cereals.
To beat your appetite, you have to eat an apple
untruth. Apples and other fruits do not suppress appetite, on the contrary – inflame.
Breadcrumbs don’t get fat as fast as bread.
The allegation is not true. The breadcrumbs are more high-calorie, they contain more fat than in bread.

After eating, it’s good to chew gum.
The gum does refresh your breath, but it can hardly be called a means of oral hygiene. Scientific evidence on the positive effect of chewing gum on the condition of teeth relates only to a small range of products with fluoride. Gum containing sugar, the same candy – in terms of caloric content and destructive effects on tooth enamel. And chewing gum can damage the tissues of the periodontist. In fact, chewing is recommended no more than three times a day for three minutes. If you keep the gum in your mouth longer, there is an excessive release of gastric juice. And if the food does not enter the stomach, it can harm its mucous.
